After you contact us, we will
- Schedule an appointment for us to restore your property after fire damage. One of our Project Managers will visit your location to assess the damage and document needed repairs.
- Create and present our estimate. If approved, we then convert it into a contract to be reviewed by our client and signed.
- Complete pre-construction items. We provide the customer with a list of actions they will need to complete, including the date by which they are required, including any selections they have not yet completed, such as color and material choices. It may also include approvals from their Homeowners Association and mortgage company.
- Begin and complete restoration construction. During construction, we will provide weekly updates on the status of the project. We may also schedule progress inspections at various stages of construction with the customer if needed. In addition, as the construction phase comes to a close, the assigned contractor will complete a Quality Control Inspection.
- Ask for feedback. After the customer has signed our Affidavit of Completion indicating their acceptance of the work performed, we will ask them to fill out a Customer Satisfaction survey.
